1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The App is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you will comply with all applicable laws. The App is not directed to and may not be used by minors.

2. The Service

Lovy: Roleplay AI Chat lets you chat and role-play with AI-powered characters, create and customize your own characters, and personalize your companions. Some features require a paid subscription or the use of in-app virtual currency ("coins"). We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. AI-Generated Content — No Reliance

All characters, messages, and other outputs in the App are generated by artificial intelligence. They are fictional and do not represent real persons, events, professional advice, or factual statements. AI output may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive. You should not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. You interact with AI content at your own discretion and risk.

4. Proprietary Rights

• We are the sole and exclusive owner of the App and all related intellectual property, including software, designs, trademarks, and pre-made characters and artwork.
• You do not acquire any ownership or intellectual property rights by using the App.
• Any fees you pay grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, scrape, hack, resell, or create unauthorized copies of the App or its content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use the App to:

• create, request, or share sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors;
• generate or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or that promotes violence or self-harm;
• impersonate real individuals or create content that violates the rights or privacy of others;
• attempt to bypass content moderation, safety filters, rate limits, or security measures;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We apply automated and other moderation to enforce these rules. We reserve the right to block content, and to suspend or terminate access, for any violation.

6. User Content & Created Characters

You are responsible for the messages, characters, and any images you submit ("User Content"). You represent that you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not violate these Terms. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the App. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.

7. Virtual Items & Coins

• Coins and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not transferable outside the App.
• Purchases of coins and consumable items are final and, to the extent permitted by law, non-refundable once delivered.
• We may manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate virtual items at any time, with or without notice.

8. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis (for example, weekly, monthly, or yearly) at the price shown at purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Data Protection & Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data processed through the App, as described in our Privacy Policy. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You acknowledge that we are not liable for unauthorized access, data loss, or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, the rights granted to you will cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the App's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
